Rogue Waste Traders

As it has been published this week regarding Rogue Waste Traders that are covering the country taking away companies Waste and Illegally dumping the Waste into warehouses where Landlords are having to pick up the bill.

When a trader is offering waste disposal the company or resident must ensure they are registered with the Environment Agency by checking their licence. They should also ask to see the waste transfer notes, showing where the waste was disposed, in order to ensure it has been correctly handled, as they could be liable for any fly tipping.
